We’re now inviting young talent to join our Youth Employment Internship Program! As part of our investment in the next generation of leaders, this internship program offers youth employment, training, and coaching opportunities to tomorrow’s leaders in today’s hybrid working world.

A full month of GM management
Get a taste of managing spaces across cities, beyond borders. The internship program will expose you to calls and meetings with our clientele and allow you to work alongside our Sales, Marketing, HR, and Community teams. As a “GM for 1 Month”, you’ll also receive 1:1 coaching with our local GMs to ensure you get the most out of leading a coworking business.
Experience beyond books
Full of GenZennial, pioneering ideas? Now’s the time to turn your vision into action. This unique youth employment opportunity will equip you with hands-on experience that you couldn’t have gained otherwise from the classroom. Better yet, you’ll get to grips with and get a rare insight into WeWork’s business operations in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan, and Hong Kong.
Fee Arrangement
Rest assured – the Youth Employment Internship Program is entirely free of charge. Thanks to our trusted partner, Trustbridge Foundation, your accommodation, meal, transportation, and quarantine fees, including round-trip flight tickets, will be subsidized. On top of this, you’re entitled to a salary compliant with the local labor laws.
