Today, WeWork Inc. has initiated a strategic reorganization process in the United States, along with recognition proceedings in Canada. However, this does not affect any WeWork branches in the Greater China region, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China.

In September 2020, WeWork Hong Kong and Taiwan became independent entities, separating from WeWork Inc., to focus on providing high-quality flexible workspace and integrated business services in the local market.

Our branches in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China operate independently and are not subsidiaries of WeWork Inc. The mentioned branches are not part of its current strategic reorganization. Since our localization, we have taken thoughtful steps to establish our financial and operational independence while simultaneously expanding our business in Hong Kong. As a testament to our unwavering commitment to the Greater China region, this year, we have opened new sites in cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, and Wuhan.

We are confident in the market and continue to expand and innovate to meet our clients’ needs. We assure you that the decision made by WeWork Inc. does not impact our operations or services in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China.

Moving forward, our dedication to improving our business and ensuring the long-term benefits for our regional landlords, members, and employees remains steadfast. We see massive potential in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China markets, and we are committed to realizing it. We will continue to provide refined community services to all members and support the growth of companies of all sizes.

We thank you for your attention and continued support for WeWork Hong Kong and Taiwan.
